"We have forgotten God. We have forgotten the gracious hand which preserved us in peace and multiplied and enriched and strengthened us, and we have vainly imagined, in the deceitfulness of our hearts, that all these blessings were produced by some superior wisdom and virtue of our own. Intoxicated with unbroken success, we have become too self-sufficient to feel the necessity of redeeming and preserving grace, too proud to pray to the God that made us."

 Abraham Lincoln's 1863 Thanksgiving Proclamation

World Views Year IV: Christianity Answers the 21st Century prepares students to stand firm in the truth they have learned and speak that truth into culture, particularly on the college campus. Includes heavy research and composition emphasis on the Christian response to modern philosophy, psychology, economics, science/evolutionary theory and culture.   Year IV provides a total of 6 and 3/4 course credits
Again, this is a rigorous high school CORE curriculum - it is not intended to be added onto a large load of additional curriculum.  At most students only need appropriate math, science and/or foreign language classes along with World Views.  Most weeks, an average student should expect to spend at least 4  hours PER DAY, 5 days per week (in addition to class time) to prepare adequately for this class.
Prerequisite:  World Views Years I, II, and III or approval by Mrs. Moellendorf.
This course is ideal for 12th grade students, although may be beneficial for other students at the discretion of the teacher and parent.
